Gone are the days when the CPG marketers operated on a single channel distribution, today is has become difficult to categorize customers according to sales channels as the same customers may buy grocery in a physical super market, books tickets over the phone, buy apparels online and may use a mobile application to reserve a restaurant table for dinner.
